Why I Created Infinite Scroll

I grew up alongside the internet. It shaped how I learned, communicated, and understood the world. Constant access to information, opinions, and endless content never felt unusual — it was simply how life worked. Infinite Scroll exists because I eventually started asking why that constant access was shaping the way I think, decide, and see the world — and what it would take to think clearly and live intentionally instead.
Growing Up Online
Over time, I started noticing how much of my life was spent online. More importantly, I began questioning something deeper: how everything I consumed was shaping the way I thought, made decisions, and saw the world around me. That question didn’t have an easy answer — but it was the right one to start with.
The Internet Is a Paradox
The internet is one of the greatest inventions of our time. It has connected billions of people, made knowledge more accessible than ever, and opened doors previous generations could only dream of.
But in a world where our attention is constantly being competed for, it’s easy to spend more time consuming ideas than actually reflecting on them. That realization sparked my curiosity.
I started asking questions — not just about social media, but about modern life itself. Why do we people-please? Why do we seek validation more than we focus on ourselves? Why do we stay stuck in the infinite scroll of one app after another?
Those questions became the foundation for this site. If you’ve read Why People Pleasing is Exhausting or How to Stop Overthinking, you’ve already seen where they’ve led.
What Infinite Scroll Actually Is
This isn’t a site with all the answers. It’s a collection of essays and reflections on psychology, habits, mental health, productivity, attention, and the challenges of modern life.
Think Clearly. Live Intentionally.
My goal is simple: to share ideas that help people think clearly and live intentionally — one honest reflection at a time.
If even one article helps you see something differently, make a better decision, or start an important conversation with yourself — this website has served its purpose.
Thank you for being here. Welcome to Infinite Scroll.
